Privacy statement

LManalytics B.V. handles personal data with care. This privacy statement explains which personal data we process, why we process it, the legal basis for doing so and the rights you have in relation to that processing. Version: May 2026.

2. Which personal data do we process?

  • name, job title and organisation;
  • email address and telephone number;
  • information you provide through the contact form, by email, in conversations or in documents;
  • business correspondence, quotations, contract and project information;
  • billing and administrative information;
  • technical website data, log data and cookie or consent data, where collected.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to handle contact requests, prepare for and carry out discussions and assignments, maintain business relationships, comply with legal and administrative obligations and secure our digital environment. Depending on the processing activity, we rely on the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.

Personal data received in connection with an assignment is not used solely for our own research, product or service development for another, incompatible purpose. Any such other use must have an appropriate legal basis, necessity or separate agreement. This does not affect the use of general knowledge and experience that cannot be attributed to individuals or clients.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. For business operations, we may engage service providers for services such as hosting, email, administration, IT management or website functionality. They receive data only to the extent necessary. Where the nature of the service requires it, we put appropriate arrangements in place regarding privacy, confidentiality and security.

5. Processing outside the EEA

Where a supplier processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we assess which safeguards are required and apply them to the extent required by law.

6. Retention periods

Personal data is not retained for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as a statutory retention obligation applies. Business and tax records are retained for the applicable statutory period.

7. Security

LManalytics takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, unwanted alteration and other unlawful processing.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, to the extent provided for by law. You may also object to certain processing and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Changes

This privacy statement may be amended when our services, website or applicable regulations change. The most recent version will be published on the website.
